Yes, we offer SUP excursions with a tour guide. The excursions are not available every day, but they are organized when weather conditions are favorable. For more information and to stay updated on the dates, we invite you to follow our social media channels or contact us via WhatsApp.
The dimensions of the SUPs are: 335x83x15cm, with a weight of 9.2 kg.
Subscriptions, such as the Hourly and Daily Cards, offer numerous benefits: savings compared to single bookings, the convenience of access without online reservations, validity for 2 years, and the ability to share them with friends. They are ideal for those who frequently practice SUP. However, they are subject to traditional bookings, as the availability of the boards depends on online reservations.
You must present the booking code and the declared identity document. The person doing the check-in will be considered responsible for the rental.
There is no refund, but it is possible to transfer the booking to the second person entered at the time of booking if they meet and agree to the terms and conditions.
Yes, but the SUP must be returned at the agreed time. In case of delay beyond the agreed time of 10 minutes or more, a penalty of €20.00 plus additional hours will be applied.
No, each SUP is for individual use, except for children under 10 years of age with a combined weight not exceeding 120 kg.
Yes, it is included free of charge to ensure safety in the water. However, the use of a life jacket is strongly recommended to minimize risks, but the responsibility for personal safety remains with the user.
We will contact you in case of adverse weather conditions. If you are not contacted, you should present yourself at the agreed location to pick up the SUP. If the use is confirmed to be impossible due to bad weather, you can reschedule or request a refund.
For damage or loss to the SUP, the penalty is up to €250; for the mask up to €30; for the dry bag up to €20; for the life jacket up to €25.
The person responsible for the rental assumes full responsibility for any damage or injury caused to third parties during the use of the SUP.
No, minors under 18 cannot rent a SUP, however, they can use it under the supervision of a responsible adult.
Yes, during the booking process, you can add extra accessories: a mask with an integrated snorkel for €2.00 for the entire rental period, and/or a 2-liter waterproof bag for €2.50, or a locker for €4.00, also for the entire rental duration.
